Where is my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. If you cannot find that email, check your spam or promotions folder before getting in touch.

Delivery timeframes

Free Standard Delivery: 4 to 9 business days
Express Delivery (£7.80): 2 to 4 business days

Both estimates include 1 to 2 business days of order processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking has not updated

Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear after your parcel is handed to the carrier, and it may sit without movement for a day or two while in transit. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

My parcel seems lost or delayed

If your order has passed its estimated delivery window, email contact@lugvora.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
